Channing Tatum performing 'Let It Go' in battle against wife, Jenna Dewan Tatum
Channing Tatum may be known for his rock-hard body. But on the upcoming episode of "Lip Sync Battle, Hateful Eight," the actor will don periwinkle dress and platinum braids as Queen Elsa from the Disney hit animated film, "Frozen," in an all-out lip-sync battle against his wife, actress Jenna Dewan Tatum, according to Spike and US magazine.
Fans got a sneak peak of the "Magic Mike" star-turned-Disney princess when the episode preview aired on Jan. 4, 2016. The response so far has been one of teetering excitement.
"Is there anything the man does not look hot in?" tweeted fan Vrinda Maheshwari.
As reported by US magazine, Tatum will lip-sync "Let It Go," the anthem sung by Idina Menzel, who plays Queen Elsa in Disney's 2013 animated hit "Frozen."
"I just really hope that my marriage isn't over after tonight," Tatum joked in the extended teaser produced by Spike.
The "22 Jump Street" star is no stranger to the dance stage, having first made headlines in 2006 for his lead role in "Step Up." Tatum was clearly enjoying himself on "Lip Sync Battle, Hateful Eight," even tossing fake snow onto audience members, reports US magazine.
Dewan on the other hand, was playfully shocked by her husband's twirling and prancing. Her reactions can only be summed up by her tweet after the show: three wide-eyed emojis.
"Lip Sync Battle, Hateful Eight" was scheduled to air Jan. 7 at 10 p.m. EST on Spike.
