Talk about a car full of talent! The latest installment of "The Late, Late Show" host James Corden's Carpool Karaoke shines with pop glamour icon Gwen Stefani. As if that's not enough star power, a few A-list backseat passengers George Clooney and Julia Roberts join Stefani and Cordon singing hits such as Stefani's "Hollaback Girl."

But a full car of celebrities doesn't guarantee thing go off without a hitch. As the group ended Queen's classic song "We Are the Champions," they all waited anxiously for a final line that never came. "I always thought he did an, 'of the world!'" Cordon shouted in disbelief. "That's really rough, man." Clooney added.

Stefani also gives a very candid answer about her recently tumultuous personal life during the ride. When asked by Corden how she appears not to age, the singer pointed to overcoming hard times. "What happened was, my life blew up. After that, I  started - I kind of started falling in love and then I wrote a whole record about that. That's what the facelift is!"

Corden feels these candid celebrity comments make the series successful.

“We’re talking about, genuinely, the biggest stars on the planet, who—not always by choice—are surrounded by people all of the time,” Corden told the Wall Street Journal Magazine about the viral charm of the Carpool Karaoke celebrity segments. “Security, makeup, assistant, manager, publicist. Then suddenly they get in a car and are on their own—with me.”
