Teens on bikes make unsettling find after following car, now they're heroes
February 24, 2018
A pair of teens saved the day when they stopped a child abduction in their Lancaster, Penn., neighborhood. When Temar Boggs and his friend heard that a local girl, Jocelyn Rojas, who was 5-years-old at the time, had vanished, they decided to go look for her. Advertisement
At one point during their pursuit of the vehicle, Boggs was able to get close enough to make eye contact with the would-be abductor, according to the Huffington Post. Boggs’ act of staring into the man’s soul was enough to make the man let Jocelyn go. "He stopped at the end of the hill and let her out, and she ran to me and said that she needed her mom," Temar said to CNN. Boggs took Jocelyn to her mom and after Jocelyn was reunited with her family, everyone began praising Boggs and hugging him. Boggs said of all the attention that he was just happy to help find Jocelyn. "I just feel like I did something very accomplishing today," he told CNN.
