It certainly looked like the bride went bananas, or at least was a bit possessed. Soon after though, Allison Roy's new husband, Nick Streeter, joined in the fun for a dance modeled after the famous "Day-O (The Banana Boat Song)" dinner party scene from the classic movie, "Beetlejuice."

"We love 'Beetlejuice,'" Streeter explained to Syracuse.com. "That's her favorite movie of all time. We had this idea, like yeah, we could do that for our wedding. We never took it too seriously until our DJ took it and ran with it."

The couple, 33 and 29 at the time of their 2016 Halloween weekend wedding, were barely born when the 1988 comedy with a huge celebrity cast became a hit. The film starred Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, and a teenage Winona Ryder. According to the website Everything 80s, actress Catherine O'Hara, whose character Delia kicked off the dance in the film, became a late substitution when Anjelica Huston who was originally scheduled for the part pulled out of the project due to illness.

However, for this young couple's friends, the bride will now forever be cast in this role in their minds. Be sure and share the fun and memorable dance.
