Charice Pempengco's mother knew her daughter had a knack for singing when she just a toddler. By the age of seven, Charice was performing in local singing competitions and slowly gaining recognition. Clips of Charice singing eventually made their way to YouTube and before long her talents had captivated America. She made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and it was Oprah Winfrey who said Charice was "the most talented girl in the world."

After blowing away the Internet with a performance of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On," Oprah decided to link up Charice with the legendary songstress. The stage was set: Charice and Celine would duet at none other than Madison Square Garden in New York City. Though petite in stature, Charice's big, booming voice captivated audiences.
