I can't count how many times I've had the problem of scooping out hard ice cream. I wish I would've watched this video ages ago because it definitely would've saved me a lot of time. Thanks to the YouTube channel America's Test Kitchen, I don't have to struggle with serving ice cream anymore. All you have to do is run a sharp paring knife under warm water and make one-inch deep cuts into the ice cream. It's easy scooping from there!
