Anthony titles his video "My transformation from massive to muscular", and it's easy to see why. He weighed 210 pounds in the summer of 2009, and over the next two years, his transformation was realized, though that might be putting it lightly.

He had tried other diets before, but that was really the extent of it. He never incorporated exercise into his weight-loss regimen, and the diets never really worked. He generally had trouble sticking to them. But going into his final year of high school, he seems to have undergone a case of reverse-"senioritis" — and the end result is pretty impressive.
