Tom Hanks is a world-renowned actor starring in films like "Big," "Forrest Gump," and "Green Mile." However, now he's decided to help his "daughter," Sophie explore the beauty pageant world. In this hilarious spoof from "Jimmy Kimmel," Hanks and Sophia film the days leading up to her next beauty pageant. Suffice it to say, hilarity ensues.

Hanks, the doting father, appears supportive of her love of pageantry, even after she claims, "I like pageants because I like winning money and I get to buy whatever I want!" In tongue-in-cheek fashion, Hanks even refers to the special event as a "pag," while flipping through scrapbook of all of her victories and telling the audience that he and his wife named their daughter Sophie because it rhymes with trophy.

Check out the video below as Hanks sews a sparkling dress, teachers Sophie the proper pageant walk, practices baton twirling, and discourages Sophie from noshing on cookies with a spray bottle. Everything about this clip is overdone from the big hair to the makeup, sparkling dress and Hank's attitude. He even refers to the other participants as "sweet, pretty losers."

Keep an eye out from a few sneaky cameos at the end of the video!

While Sophie isn't really his daughter, Hanks does have four kids, two from his first marriage, and two from his second marriage to actress Rita Wilson, according to IMDB
