This footage was taken from February 3, 2013 in Santa Antonio da Platina, Brazil by a local resident. The clouds gathered as he was on his way to shoot video of an engagement party when he noticed what these small black spots in the sky actually were. This strange natural phenomenon was something we knew we had to share with you at SFG.
