The summer season is over, but I love a cold treat any time of the year, and so do the kids. Unfortunately, we don't always have ice cream in the house. With this cool trick, you can serve up a slushy in no time. It even has a built in chemistry lesson. 

To make ice cream, you will need to get cream, condensed milk, and your choice of flavors. No need to get an ice cream maker, though. Just pull out some zip-lock bags and you're ready for fresh home-made ice cream.
