This is 5-year-old Rilee and she has Achondroplasia.  Achondroplasia is a form of short-limbed dwarfism.  It is the most common form of short-limbed dwarfism and effects 1 in 15,000 to 40,000 newborns.  The effects of it are visual and result in a shorter stature because of their shortened limbs, but there are no mental differences known to occur.

However, this little girl doesn't care about any differences she might have.  When she hears Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" she gets up and dances!  She seems like she might be tiring out from all the dancing, so she rests a bit in the middle, but she picks it up again and dances until the end of the song.  Watch her go!
