Every August 1st, the city of Warsaw in Poland freezes for one minute to commemorate the loss of 200,000 Polish civilian lives as a result of the Warsaw Uprising during World War II. The Warsaw Uprising was led by Polish home forces to free the city of Warsaw from Nazi Germany. This is that day caught on film.
